Don and David,

First Don
--With your opinion of HD in mind, I suggest you mortgage your home, cash in your retirement savings, sell all your other belongings (even the rubber ducky) and use the money in your margin account to let you short as many shares as possible of HD. If you're right, this sucker will soon collapse into a pile of ashes.

Now David
--Since my rough calculation of HD's free cash flow gives it a valuation of about $38/share right now and a projected value of about $45/share a year from now--HD is about $34 today--I suggest you and I stay long and enjoy the sight of Don's short position driving him into the poor house.

Best,
--Steve
