Hope the concert goes well. I had a hard time with the kids concerts. Having been a professional musician, it is very difficult for me to listen to music without analyzing it with at least a part of my brain. I found I just had to treat it not as music, but as the equivalent of traffic on a busy street. My wife still marvels that when the girls play the piano in the other room I will call out "that should have been a G sharp." OTOH, I still marvel that she can figure out while at the store what color pillow will go perfectly with our couch. And I am amazed at the memory you have for movies and books. Isn't it nice that we each have our own talents?
