The Bush administration's latest courtroom setback in the post-Sept. 11 hunt for terrorists came from an unlikely source: a secretive panel of federal judges that until now had always given the government what it wanted.

If this article doesn't represent the perfect example of the LIBERAL MEDIA I don't know what does.

It totally misrepresents the facts, that EVERY INSTANCE of the misleading requests was put forth by the CLINTON justice department. Janet Reno is going to be slaughtered in FLA as a result of this story.
