What is wrong with this picture: JDSU and RNWK closed in the green and has been green all day.

This is very much like many tops. They have money to put in the market, and they're throwing it at anything they think might be less overbought. We could have a small pullback, then run up more. Or we could crash. Internals look awful. But doesn't this look very much like the run up in summer 98? The traders were handed their heads while the market slowly kept going up. Internals were bad, so they shorted and lost big time. Finally got the crash in the fall after the traders lost. Then the strong run up.
