NYSE TS/TV at a near historic 14.5% short percentage to total volume for the latest reporting week.

This reporting week thru 8/9 was a MELT-UP week after Monday 8/5 trade date.

In the last month, since the July 23/24 lows, all pullbacks that have been bought have been rewarded.

Future pullbacks should continue to be bought.

One should be adding to positions on any pullbacks.

Excluding this latest reporting week, the prior two weeks reporting period registered RECORD PUBLIC SHORTING LEVELS.
This, during a time of *supposed summer doldrums* volume activity. NOT.

Over 1.4 BILLION shares bought and buried by the smart money since Feb 15 reporting week.

33 weeks in a row Public shorting above the Specialists.

37.5% of time since beginning of year Public shorts above the Members in the more stringent test.

Investors Intelligence Bears 40% to Bulls 36.7% *in an up reporting week*.

Bears are gona get a rude awakening as the next phase of the MELT-UP unfolds.... or is that launched???

Best regards, J.T.
