Its tough to tell the dates from this site. It says Ultimate 2001 picks, updated 23-aug-2002. McNamee had some of the same picks (like Agile) in the 2000 list, it was down a larger % then.

Anyway click McNamee and read his profile-
McNamee is still not exactly bullish on tech stocks. Integral Capital has only about half of its assets in publicly traded stocks, as McNamee waits for another "period of distress" before committing. But he's hardly turned his back on the sector. "Tech is still the most interesting segment of the economy, and over the next 12 months we'll see bottom," he predicts.

This is NOT what he was saying on the Rukeyser show last night, where he was one of the panelists. He seems to be bullish on tech now.

From his list, an interesting one is SBYN, trading in the 1's. Ray Lane bought a bunch of that in the 3's after 911. Its interesting because a player in the same space TIBX (a stronger company, true) popped on friday.

I like his networkers rstn and jnpr but they aren't moving yet like software. Cien had another bad qtr last week, no surprise but software is exceeding estimates now. Maybe I can play software to the upside and get in before comm pops to make up some of the money I lost in the bear.
