[Delhi]Has mandated the use of Compressed Natural gas for commercial vehicles AFAIK, no mandates in Bombay (oops Mumbai), but last year when I was visiting, I noticed that most cabs were CNG equipped. cheers, kumar PS: Having worked for Auckland Gas, and got my share of free CNG, I can say with certainty, its a heck of a lot cheaper than petrol/gasoline.
