HI Steve, Recent article indicates Margin Levels are at a low last seen in October of 1998. That was a great turn around time. It seems that there are fewer people with the Cajones to get out there and leverage after the carnage of a bad Bear market. Certainly seems like low margin and more bears than bulls are two great bottom buying indicators. Contrarians make the best buys and sells NO? Hope the best for all who follow the markets Bob
