Pete: We are making progress. I don't know about individual companies being purchased. Here is a chart of insider buying ratio with an eight week moving average. Scroll down. aegeancapital.com Note the 1998 bottom. Note the wild swings in that ratio. Note that Coleman based his comment one week worth of data or at least that is not clear. Note that Coleman has a 30% prediction within 12 months from whatever level based on data going back to 1971. Note that article is based on "interview, " whatever that means. I have many reservations about his comment. Sounds like a hope article. Well, will keep an open eye at least.
