Unfortunately, CMTR is just one of several companies with a rapid HIV tests competing for these same markets. Since CMTR doesn't have an HIV test that distinquishes itself from the competition, they're going to have to compete on price and strengthen their international marketing presence.

Anyone know of any efforts in this direction? Perhaps further partnerships with Astra Merck...
