Last night for dinner I broiled the most scrumptious "chicken like" patties- by grainburger, I think. They come with little stripes on them, as if you BBQ'ed them on a grill. I broiled them in olive oil by consortio. My children and I thought they were very tasty. And my kids thought they were eating meat (but no, they were not). We also have found the meatless meat balls to be very tasty. And I enjoy all the meatless burgers. Many of the frozen vegetarian meals are scrumptious, and come in family size portions. It is very easy now to be a vegetarian, especially if you live near a large well stocked grocery store.
