Joan, I think the baby boomlet and the housing bubble are working hand in hand. I haven't quite figured the responce, intellectually. Things have gotten more dangerous, so we want more relatively defenseless babies to experience it? But I guess the survival of the species instinct overwhelms logic every time. But, there may be somebody to pay for my Social Security after all. <VBG>
