Re: Apparently, Intel fixed something in the P4 FPU, or that's what people speculate Turned out it was easier to fix the benchmarks, than fix the product. Maybe Intel should shift some of their resources from cheating on performance tests to designing decent products that don't need to rely on faked benchmarks.
