the issue then is interpretation. Is that a sign of a bottom or a top? As a sentiment indicator it sounds exceptionally bearish. But does that mean that it is bullish? What has happened in the past when the order books were empty? Is it something that happens this time of year consistently? Can you send Jim Brown emails to ask questions?
