Jack, you are tops. You really know how to spin.-g- Sears' earnings are up after you exclude the rather stupid reclamation reserve needed to reimburse all those consumers who went bankrupt. WMT also issued a credit card didn't they?-g-

Regarding Argentina, its really only a Buenos Aires and Santiago economy.-g- Investors are investing in two cities. Just like Russia, which is a two city economy also. Not for me. LF

The political culture of South America is too corrupt, for this part of the world to fully emerge as an economic power. It has great potential, but until this culture changes, which will be difficult, if not impossible, S.A. will basically vasililate in its current economic range. But this is another topic.
