I think Stoiber would surprise you with a radical new economic program without too much cutting from defense (which will surprise Britain and France, ...LOL). I hope he does win.

As for the flooding, I read about Saxony and the loss in agriculture, ...my condolences to those affected. I hope they get back on their feet soon.
