I expect a full dossier to be laid in all the world leaders laps prior to that announcement. It will be complete and thoroughly damning. Since that will cause an immediate reaction by the citizens of the US, it will be presented just prior to the war. BTW, why do you think Saddam killed Abu? It wasn't because he had a change of heart and decided to take up the fight against terrorism. Nidal was doing Saddam's bidding.
