Request for Information.

I currently own some stock in a company called Procept (PRCT). Procept is a small biotechnology company suffering from a lack of operating cash. In the last year they have had a reduction in staff of 30% and have restructured their product development efforts.

Procept has something similar with Genta, that's Mr. Michael Weiss and Paramount Capital. The Aries Funds recently invested $3 million in Procept. Michael Weiss was also elected as Interim Chairman of the Procept Board of Directors.

Based on your experiences with Paramount Capital and Genta. Is this a positive or negative for Procept? If you have any comments, please respond on the Procept thread. I am particularly interested Genta's use of preferred stock, reverse stock splits, and how the stock price responded.

Thanks.
