Other than the one on the top of your head, you have no point. And, in fact and in practice, the legal system bends over backwards to assist pro se litigants. Its one of the most frustrating aspects of practicing law. And the location of the service is not relevant but the distinction between state regulation of a profession and a collective bargaining unit is. We will not get any further becasue you are not astute enough to see the difference.
