To all:
I'm compiling a list of companies which may be considered within the universe of semiconductor equipment manufacturers. To be included oin the list, a company must directly benefit from the ramp up in IC manufacturing; thus, CYMI, which makes the laser products for DUV steppers, makes the list even tho this company supplies the company which manufactures the tool. My effort so far has resulted in the following roster. I would appreciate it if you semi-equip mavens would look it over and let me know if there are any companies I've missed or included some that should not be here. Thanks in advance. A lot.
Jon
