--Don Where you get all this "off-balance sheet debt," I certainly don't know. Please give me a link to it. And don't point to unamortized lease obligations. HD, is, I've heard, still a going concern. Why did Gates buy HD? I assume, without being a mouse in the corner, that his investment team noticed a cheap bluechip. Best, --Steve
