No, I don't have access to private diplomatic communiques, but we are all able to gather reports of "boots on the ground", actual movement of men and materiel, that are not, shall I say, perfectly in accord with diplomatic announcements to date? Moreover, the terrain I'm working in that post is the lack of publicly stated support. If it continues to be absent before the Bush folk go in, then I'm afraid my scenario looks very likely. Oh, I should say it's guaranteed to be absent before the Bush folk go in. Just as it's guaranteed to be present after the Bush folk go in -g-
