I asked you two simple question, ProDeath, to determine if you were true and consistent in your claim:
"you liberals need to understand...when you BREAK THE LAW---you get PUNISHED!"
(taken from your post to Chris: siliconinvestor.com
I asked:
>>> Do you believe in that for ALL laws, and for ALL persons?
>>> Say, you are an anti-abortion protestor and you violate laws that protect the operation of abortion clinics... or the privacy rights of their medical clients.... Should you be punished?
>>> Or, say, you are a President of the United States (or an executive officer working for that President), and you trade weapons to an 'enemy' state - in violation of US law - to raise funds for a covert war which you support in another part of the world, but which funding has been declared illegal by Congress.... should you be punished, or are you above the law of the land?
You refused to answer even these two simple questions. As to my first question, you replied by attempting to deny the possibility out of existence - which is immaterial in any case, as I'd asked you a 'what if' question.
You replied in post Message 17915599 by saying: "there ain't no such thing as an anti-abortion protestor."
A Nixonian non-denial denial, if I've ever seen one! LOL!
As to my second question regarding a President of the United States hypothetically breaking a law... you made no reply at all - (other than some unrelated froth and bother!)
So it's quite reasonable to say, as I did, that you refused to answer... and that by deliberately refusing to answer one may conclude that you really do believe that some law breakers should not be punished - which would make your preposterous claim to believe in punishing 'All' lawbreakers out to be a lie.
Here is what I concluded in my reply:
>>> So there ARE some laws which - if broken - you don't favor the people be punished....
>>> I thought as much.
>>> You answered in the negative on my first question, and refused to answer the second.... Also typical for you.
If this reasonable conclusion is false, then all you have to do is honestly answer the two simple questions and say that you would punish these examples of law breaking... supporting your claim to believe in punishment for all law breaking.
Absent that - or in the face of more evasions and non-denial denials from you - then the readers may safely conclude that you lied... and you - like so many - secretly do support a smorgasbord approach to laws - picking and choosing which ones to observe, and which to ignore. |
