Were those murderers sentenced to life imprisonment, or to a lesser sentence? Were any of them sentenced to life imprisonment without parole?

For years the anti-dp movement tried to get life imprisonment without parole passed as an option in NY State. The opposition to allowing such a sentence was the death penalty people. Murderers who might have been imprisoned without parole were therefore released into society, in some case, chance are, to kill again.

Please post something asap that supports this calumny of those who oppose the death penalty, whom you seem to think, erroneously, btw, are all liberals.

The liberal position has always been that it is better to let a killer back on the street to kill again than to allow the state the power to extinguish him.
