I retract that it says that only liberals think it is better to let a killer back on the street to kill again than to allow the state the power to extinguish him. It says that has always been "the liberal position," but does not, it is true, make any comment whatever on non-liberal positions on the death penalty.

Is it your belief that the liberal position is that it is better to let a killer back on the street to kill again than to allow the state the power to extinguish him but that the RW anti-dp position is... something else less noxious?
