To All: CDR-Montreal; Likely move next week! Article by CM Oliver in Investors Digest July 18 will hit the majority of news stands and to its subscriber base Monday, July 21.
Stephan Katmarian, Investor Advisor for C.M. Oliver wrote a very promising article which he firmly states "Caldera Resources--grossly undervalued".
He feels it is grossly undervalued and should be trading in the $5-$10 range.
He arrives at such a value based on the following: 1. the company has $3.6 million in cash and 3 million warrants outstanding at .90 which, if exercised, provide another $2.7 million. This money would keep the company going for years.
2. Other mining companies cash strapped often option or joint venture properties prematurely. When this happens, their is risk the project will be put on indefinate "hold" by the major parter. Caldera's success at capital raising, cost conscious approach and rapid exploration progress makes the above possibility UNLIKELY--another MAJOR plus for CDR.
3. In comparision to Ashton Mining, trading at $3.7 and as high as $8.05--Ashton's results have been similar to Caldera's. However, comparing the two companies, Caldera is a better buy. Caldera has 250 targets vrs Ashtons 60. At $3.70 Ashton, with about 21,000,000 shares outstanding has a market cap of $78,000,000. A similar market cap on Caldera would put the stock at $4.20.
4. Add about $.80 a share to account for the fact the Caldera has many more targets =$5.00/share.
5. Also, considering Caldera owns between 90-100% of its land position vrs Ashtons 40-50% interest that ASHTON MUST EARN INTO, CALDERA SHOULD BE TRADING @ $10.00 RELATIVELY.
6. Caldera has discovered a macro diamond in original drilling last year which is very encouraging.
7. July 4, Caldera anounced Lakefield Research of Canada has recovered a small clear macro diamond from a 3Kg core sample.
8. Also on July 4, the company relased news of that G9 & G10 garnets were recovered from the sample which are more commonly known as diamond indicator minerals in Canada. The samples also yielded a dull grey to black form of porous diamond typically associated with diamond mines.
9. Caldera's drilling and mini buld program is being watched very very closely by major mining firms around the world.
10. the company confirmed it has a kimberlite field of about 250-300 pipes. Chemistry from initial drilling idicate there should be diamonds in the pipes.
11. Good management.
12. THIS SAME CM OLIVER ADVISOR INITIALY PUT A RECOMMENDATION ON CALDERA IN THE Investment Digestwhen it was trading at $0.83. ********Within 1-2 weeks the stock traded as high as $2.10.
Take this for what it is worth and happy trading.
