International law, respected in almost every country of the world except the USA, prohibits the death penalty against people who were under 18 at the time of the crime.

The subject of whether the US should be virtually the only country in the world to execute a juvenile who commits a murder after he turns 18 or 21 is a different subject.

I looked at that piece for the part about putting this person back on the street again and didn't find it. Would you point it out to me, please? That would be your documentation, though not about "liberals."

At what age to do think the death penalty should kick in, if not at 18? At 16? 14? 12? 10?

Do show me where there is a recommendation that this person be let back out in the street. The governor can commute on the grounds that the crime was committed by a juvenile (I don't know anything about the other "mitigating circumstances" mentioned) to life in prison w/o possibility of parole.

AI has many Republican members. I know some. Some Republican nuns, too. They don't believe in killing juveniles or the mentally retarded. They aren't liberals. You don't know anything about this, though, as you have admitted.
