**Response from Joe Lanza** Jack, You are right, all of those alligations were dropped, after I beat the complaints originator in court. The only thing left was failure to file. No fraud any where. So back to reality, why do you think that something that is almost resolved is now brought up? It would not be to confuse and frustrate the investors into selling would it? Jack, I hope you have a good memory, lets see who speaks with a striaght tongue. I say Xecom is a buy. You all wanted a new investment banker, with Xecom's aproval I have brought in a Blue Chip Investment banking firm. The stock is now moving. The shorts need people to sell. I mean nothing to the growth of the of Xecom. I have just been holding your hand. You are in a hell of a company, and time is proving me correct. This is my home run, and I hope you see Xecom's potential and get the gold ring with me. I understand your concern, when I got the document I went crazy. I lost all respect for the American Judicial System. A little money, a little political pull, and it takes a fortune to fight. Keep the faith, just think on what is said, and watch what is happening in Xecom. If I died tomorrow it wouldn't effect Xecom, except I would not be yelling at the management on the things you tell me in your own polite little way.
