I think the informed commentators from Sunday were fairly clear that Bush would have approved the op-ed piece.

So let me get this right...Bush approved a piece that urges him to not take unilateral action when he has been talking about keeping that option open now for months? Why? Are you saying that this is his way of putting pressure on the hawks in his own administration? Or are you saying that Bush 41 put Baker up to the NYT editorial?
