Off the keys in Fla there is one key/island that is surrounded by water and during the summer calm of the Gulf Stream the island is surrounded by a brown tinge. It stems from the feces of Reece's monkeys which are grown in the Island by major pharmaceutical houses for the purpose of researching AIDS etc.. Its really a costly operation keeping the island going and an environmental hazard to the mangroves etc.. State gets 1+ million dollars from the company for the lease of the land alone.
