Yeah, only one bubble per customer allowed!<VBG> It's easy to beat up on homebuilders because they don't advertise much Not on TV, but they pitch their stuff on billboards and in the print ads, where people who can actually READ live... they don't have analysts who come on and tout their homes' virtues, as brokers did with stocks in the heyday. Why should they? That's what the "Million-Man March" of realtors is for!<G/NG>
