sorry, but i fail to see how $35 billion market cap for a company with $1.0-$1.5 billion annual free cash generation and a huge wasting franchise (Claratin is over 25% of sales and profits) is 'fundamentally undervalued'.

i would note that SGP management seems to dis-agree w/ your opinion that their stock is fundamentally undervalued as well...
