"I find the Guardian to be a little "out there" at times, but its perspective from the UK is really good"

I don't see any UK perspective at all in that particular piece. It is a rewrite of the US wire service reports that have been circulating all day. The majority of Britons think going into Iraq is completely unjustified. On the Continent the feelings are much more vehemently anti-US on this issue -- we have no support anywhere in the world on this (unless you count Israel). The question lately is whether or not Bush could even get something through our own Congress much less win support from any other government on the planet. We have been a complete flop at building even a whiff of support for invading Iraq.
