I would not be surprised if that were to happen in the next ten years. Right now, he is busy consolidating his power in Pakistan and so he doesn't need to take us on. Plus, the Taliban and religious fundamentalists worry him and now a lot of the Taliban are in Pakistan.

there is a far more dangerous scenario that could occurr much sooner...that is if he loses control of the government and Islamic fundamentalists gain control of Pakistan's nukes. Then we have another war on our hands.
