Yessirreee! M, Been hankerin ta be loading up the saddlebags with all this here paydirt available. I'm a seein' some upportunetees thats for sure. But whoa! there'd be a bunch of wuthless garbage smellin' up the place such that ol Sal sasheys her way yonder. Got my eye on one nameless little jewel and hoping it'll not turn inta pyrite iffen ya know what I mean.

That guy Fred may be able to steer ya straight but watch out for some of them other loco locals...been awful quiet of late, probably time for things to light up a bit.
