The put/call ratio is too high, the volatility indexes (^VIX, VXN) are too high, and the sentiment is too fearful, which means that the market will continue to climb the wall of fear.

I won't be getting long on this portfolio, since it will be a short-lived occasion. When the longs start to feel comfortable with the concept of buying and holding again after watching the markets go up another 10-15% (which should take another three weeks), that should be the time to relentless short the crap out of it all again.

But not right now. If we're all thinking of going on the short side, it's not going to happen. Not yet.
