That is what happens when you have a Shrub running the circus. He and his crony rejects from the 1980's keep insulting and threatening the whole world as if he is some sort of world dictator. He and his crony rejects keep running off at the mouth about bringing you into a war. Shrub is a purveyor of fear. Both at home and abroad. He thinks it will keep his sorry ass in office.
