On second thought, maybe tolerance of militant Islam isn't such a good idea after all: Something Rotten in Denmark? danielpipes.org The test for free speech in America can be summed up as the "clear and present danger" test. Does the speech present a clear and present danger that violence will ensue as a result? If so, it is prohibited. If not, it is permitted. Boy, that is a liberty that I would deeply regret losing. It's one of my favorites.
