Well, here you have three cases of inconsistency in a time when you cannot jokingly even say I'm gonna get you. Goldstein has - what I suspect is illegal armaments to use to wage war against people whom he hates. Padilla joined al Qaeda in an American prison...and Walker is found fighting with Taliban against Americans. Seems to me, Walker is guilty of treason, Goldstein is guilty of terrorist activity, and maybe Padilla is.
