The number of members is listed on their home page. I am not sure how they define "member."

My guess is that Bob could probably give us some statistical information related to the SI membership, though I suspect that he will keep it confidential out of respect to his former employer. It would certainly be interesting to see an analysis of all of the message boards.

Question for Bob: Has anyone published any statistics comparing the various message boards?

IMHO, the decline is attributable to the bear market, the decline in the number of day traders and the fact that the "uniqueness" factor has worn off.
