I am not current on Peregrine. If PRGN?E can convince the market that they have corrected the problem, they are financially viable and they still have an interesting market opportunity that was not damaged by the scandal, then a PSR of 1.5 - 2.5 would be appropriate.

It will take a while because they are a penny stock now and not many funds will buy penny stocks. If they can get relisted on NASDAQ, they will have to go on a large credibility building road show. Now is not the time to ask for forgiveness. The crowd is still looking for blood. PRGN?E should take some time to lick their wounds, build up some business and then have a comng out party when the vampires have had their fill of blood. Next spring I suspect.

I have termendous confidence in PRGN because of the way they handled themselves in a cries. Head of the class.
