Oops...thanks for the backup George.

I have heard so little from BAX I almost
forgot them.

Another thing George, while the SEC is doing
all their investigations maybe they will look
at contracts with secret clauses by XOMA and others where only a few insiders know what they contain. And only they can trade on the information.

The SEC is investigating
a company now that issued options to their senior mgmt, not based on doing a superior job, but because they knew the price would soon jump
based on their inside knowledge of the particulars of a contract that only they knew....and they wanted to take financial advantage of their unique knowledge. Supposedly the BOD didn't even know it and just rubber stamped mgmt's request. Sounded like they will have to give back their ill gotten gains. Don't know why these guys aren't blackballed or sent
to jail.

I think XOMA should release the info
on BAX's contract to the owners (shareholders)
so we can make wise investment decisions. If not the SEC should looks into why this information is withheld. And who cares if they
do it for competitive advantage or because that
is how things have always been done by biotechs.
