At that time Tarceva was completing PIb fase and CI-1033 was at mid-preclinical stage. Hardly that anyone at FTC can think of those two compounds as serious candidate that may compete one day.

My view is that press overestimated Tarceva antitrust issue, and OSIP endorsed it.
