Conference call: With Harkonen's response to one of the last questions about trend in the survival benefit (please excuse the vague and probably incorrect phraseology here), that the secondary endpoint differentiation grew as the time of treatment lengthened (charting of graph lines--increased separation)--does there exist any scientific basis for a postulate that the primary endpoint might achieve statistical significance with a longer course of treatment? Or does that go to the essence of the design of the trial? I guess by the paucity of posts, folks in ITMN are either in shock or in severe disappointment mode, if there is a difference. quid
