Given Baker's threat during the FL debacle and consigliere role generally, it's curious he's making the statements he is.

I wonder who the targets are for those statements.

God, I hope Junior hasn't decided he's actually in charge...

It must be Cheney-Rumsfeld axis with their rule-the-world-no-problem approach, vs Senior's let's-keep-getting-billions-from-Saudis-and-avoid-the-nukes approach.

Kind of an overt martial law, vs covert martial law approach.
