Frank I believe that these inflated House prices can't go on, like in nothing goes up forever, so ,just alone in a normal enviro, it should come down, now, put into the quotation all the other negatives, and............puff Yes Sir, Fleck is right, mind you , I am still waiting that silver will move up as he so, SINCE YEARS, said it will.
