Actually, if you look at many of the past quarters, it pays handsomely to bet against the prevailing market sentiment when it comes to Oracle. Last quarter, the market expected a train wreck and the company put up a huge surprise. The prior quarter, investors expected continued improvement off the 2H'01 woes and Oracle coughed up a hairball. And remember that mid-'99 May Q, when Oracle blew the doors off in the face of huge skepticism, sending the stock into orbit? Right now, the stock is reflecting confidence about the Aug. quarter, which makes me nervous.

On another subject, did Lizzie and Michael indicate what they do currently as a profession? Don't need company names, but titles or job description would be helpful. Your discussion was interesting and I may want to ask a few follow up questions.
