Don't forget that Powell was in the room with #41 deciding that NO further action was necessary against the current target of #43 Sadaam! He and Dumbya Sr.....we instrumental in ALLOWING THE SURRENDERING CHIEF OF THE DEFEATED COUNTRY TO NOT SHOW UP TO SIGN THE SURRENDER DOCUMENTS AND ALLOW SADAAM TO CONTINUE HIS USE OF HELICOPTERS TO DECIMATE THE POPULATIONS OF THE ONLY PEOPLE IN IRAQ THAT COULD HAVE OVERTHROWN HIM.....
