The most controversial pardon of mr. bill was the deal where he admitted lying under oath to obstruct justice and got a pardon from spending decades in jail. Also the fact that so many Senators Swore an Oath to God that Mr. bill had not lied under oath to obstruct justice.

OK the number of fugitive criminals pardoned by mr. bill that were rejected by the Justice Department is INFINITELY larger."

That's a fact. 100% of President Bush's Pardons are not controversial.
