The answer, that you can't seem to read (why am I not surprised), is that the entire Haliburton "issue" is a desperate libel attempt on Cheney by the American left, while the government is a thousand Enrons, destroying the productive sector's wealth in a feeding frenzy that lasts for decades, and is never called to account by either the free markets or the criminal justice system.

Labor unions are nothing but the political institutionalization of organized crime...
